THE LAW OFFICE OF VINOTH KUMAR

Vinoth Kumar Radhakrishnan is a lawyer licensed in Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Memorial University of Newfoundland, an LL.B. from the University of London, and two Master of Laws degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. His graduate studies focused on Canadian common law, administrative law, and taxation.

Before entering the legal profession, Vinoth worked in the social services sector for more than three years, supporting children with autism. He later established and operated his own paralegal practice, regularly representing clients before Ontario administrative tribunals, particularly the Landlord and Tenant Board. He also appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice on provincial offences matters and represented clients in the Small Claims Court.

Through his practice, Vinoth developed substantial advocacy and litigation experience in residential tenancy disputes, provincial offences, and civil claims, including extensive experience handling L1 and L2 applications before the Landlord and Tenant Board.

Vinoth brings a practical, client-focused approach to legal problem- solving, combining strong advocacy skills with a clear understanding of court and tribunal processes.


In addition to his legal practice, Vinoth Kumar Radhakrishnan has taught Employment Law and Landlord and Tenant Law in the Paralegal Program at CDI College in Toronto, helping train and mentor future legal professionals.
